SHADOW KIT

Just a little kit I put together for my sweet wee cat Shadow.  Hope you enjoy!

May Blog Train

Just made it!  A little rushed at the end to get there this time.  I have been busy with my cat who was badly injured in a car accident.  Loads of surgery and recuperation!  Hope you find something useful - I know it doesn't all 'go' together, I was a little mis-jointed in the creation process.

In total the Mini Kit Contains:
25x Papers
3x Journalling cards
1x Full set capital letter alphabet
3x Flowers
10x Assorted Elements

Links are live now!  I would of forgotten on the 1st of May.  Enjoy

April Blog Train

LOVED DOING THIS KIT!
I am so sorry to all of the people who tried to download but couldnt!  It would seem that Dropbox suspended the public sharing on my account because of too much bandwith use.  I have ditched dropbox and gone with Google Drive now (which I should of cone in the first place!).  The download link will be updated so you can actually get it!  Enjoy.
CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD - it is big just so you are aware.  If you need it in smaller parts please feel free to comment below.

Downloading from Google Drive:  Once you click on the small icon for the file a new screen will pop up (You need to have pop ups enabled on your computer).  In the bottom right hand corner of your screen you will see a small arrow, click on that and it will take you to a confirmation page.
You dont need google drive to download as far as I know.

You can also download from MediaFire Here

Cheers.

A Night Under The Stars

My most recent effort in the Pixel Scrapper Bingo Challenge!
I love Vincent Van Gogh's Starry Starry Night, so when I chose blue, word art, stars, frames and buttons I used the famous picture as a bit of inspiration.
I love sleeping out under the stars!
Enjoy - download here.

Another Flower Template

I got quite bored while waiting for a flight and decided to create another flower template.  There are 2 templates, one with bevels and shadows and one without.  The sample below has no bevels, only the drop shadow on the first template.
Enjoy them, click here to download.

Flower Challenge

I have been trying to complete the beginners designer challenges at Pixel Scrapper.
Having been away from home for a week or so I have fallen a little behind - but here is the flower template challenge.
Enjoy - you can download the flower I made and the template to make your own.

Snowboarding

Well Marisa (Pixel Scrapper) put up a designers challenge for Sports.
At first I was incredibly un-inspired and had initially decided not to participate in this one but...
Then I started watching the Winter Olympics and I thought - wow, Snowboarding, that would make quite a cool little kit.
So whilst watching the Olympics and seeing them sipping warm mugs of cocoa, wearing gloves/mittens, the literal sea of beanies and some pretty amazing designs I found a little bit of inspiration.
I must admit I did use a few templates for this one!  Not too many...
The circles paper was a template made by Marisa Lerin
The glittery snowflake was a template made by Brooke Gazarek
The waving hills & sparkly splat were templates by Janet Scott
The flower was a template by Melo
And of course as always the preview file is a template by Marisa Lerin

All of the other content is orginals either created from scratch or clipped and edited from photographs.

The kit also has 5 glitter files.

Please feel free to download it from here.

Polka Dot Mayhem

This was a fun little challenge for beginning designers at Pixel Scrapper!  It certainly made me use the skills I have been developing.  Cute colours too!
In the download is a colour palette so you can make your own plain papers and embellishments.  There are 8 papers in this kit.
Enjoy!  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD

A little extra surprise is included in the download for you as well!  An entire mini kit!

Faded Rose

Mucking around with some new palettes from Design Seeds.  I've been experimenting with bevels, layers and textures.  So there is quite a lot of that in here.  All items are made from scratch.  The only template used was the glitter for the bow.  I'm quite proud of that!  It is 1 month to the day that I started doing digital scrapbooking, so I think I have learnt a lot in 31 days!  I made this kit in memory of Pearl my dear cat.  She loved to hang out in the gardens near the roses.  Faded Rose seemed like a suitable kit name.
Hope you enjoy it.  Click here to download from DropBox.

Below is a sample made with the kit.  Our beautiful cat Pearl who has sadly passed away recently.

Gecko

A failed attempt for a Pixel Scrapper Challenge, but it had a few things that were just too good to 'throw it away'.
Hope you get some use from it.

Pixel Scrapper Feb 6 Monochromatic Mini Challenge

I hope you enjoy this kit!  I was really inspired by the lovely sea views we had while on our summer holiday a couple of weeks ago.  I got these amazing photographs of the sea foam and rocks, which is what I have used for the colours and shapes.
Please enjoy!

Jar of Candy

I am having so much fun learning about Photoshop and making these kits!  I found this colour palette while searching for one on www.design-seeds.com to use for the January 23rd Mini Kit Challenge on Pixel Scrapper.
I fell in love with these colours and thought I could really use them to make something.
I have uploaded to colour palette as a separate file for you to import into photoshop as well if you want to make more.
Have fun!

Pixel Scrapper Mini Challenge 23rd Jan

Hi All
Back with another!  I have been experimenting much more and learning much more - most of it courtesy of the tutorials on www.pixelscrapper.com!
I'm very proud that only 3 of the 13 elements were developed using CU licenced templates from pixel scrapper!  The other 10 were developed by myself, completely from scratch from photographs taken with my camera.
There are a few small blemishes and imperfections, but I decided to leave them as I think they just add to the kit.

As you can probably tell, it is summer in NZ at the moment!  I love the beach and nature.  Most of my kits, colour schemes etc I will develop will have an element of nature in them.  We have just got back from a trip to Northland and I was looking through some posts of pixel scrapper and found a link to www.design-seeds.com  What an amazing site.  When I saw the colour palette for a washed up message in a bottle I couldn't resist - I thought this was beautiful and would work well for many of the photo's I have taken during our trip.

I will upload some plain papers to accompany the kit next week.

Here is the preview file:

My First Ever Kit!

I hope you enjoy this.  I will post the link for the plain papers to accompany this after the 17th.
This was completed as part of the Pixel Scrappers designer challenge.

This link will take you to the drop box folder, where you can download each element separately.  I haven't quite figured out how to do it all in one yet - but that will change!

GoogleDrive  https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-5rBIXHfGGqLWd6UmJsMlBXR1E&usp=sharing

Please remember most of this kit is based on CU downloads from www.pixelscrapper.com There is amazing resources on this page - it is a vibrant community that is incredibly supportive!  Do pop over and have a look.

I have also included a link for the solid papers that are in this colour palette.  Enjoy.

These are now in zipped folders - so much easier to get!
